Let’s Debate!

John Brummett of Arkansas News Bureau and Kristin Fisher of KATV’s Choose Your News have agreed to a friendly debate about the role on new media in jounalism before the Society of Professional Journalists on Tuesday, December 9th at the Arkansas Press Association building located at 411 S. Victory in downtown Little Rock.

I’m all for people staking their claims in the medium they prefer (Fisher through blog postings, tweets, and streaming video; Brummett through his newspaper columns), but this cordial and free exhange of ideas will be quite interesting. Everyone might learn something.
